Location: the hotel was adjacent to the old square and the Jewish Quarter, and Schindler's Factory. We got single room with a comfortable bed and appreciated it.

Location excellent, staff lovely. Good budget option. Room was very quiet, spacious and clean
There was an absolutely overwhelming stench of air freshener. Other guests apparently have experienced this! I know it sounds like a minor thing but it is really bad!

The central location of this budget hotel is great, with everything you need within walking distance. the single room had all the essentials, like an electric kettle and kitchenware, making it very convenient. I also recommend trying the coffee and treats at La Baguette, which is just a short walk away.

The location is fantastic, very close to the old town, and there's a great sushi restaurant just a 10-minute walk away.

Perfect choice for most leisure travellers. Ideal location in the Kazimierz district known for its nightlife and restaurants. Wavel is ca. 5 minute walk, main square ca. 10 minute walk. Street where the hotel is situated is relatively quiet. The hotel has been recently refurbished, clean and well kept rooms.
No elevator and pillows could be larger, or extra pillows should be provided in the room.

No frills just functional and clean with helpfull staff. Excellent value and the free wifi was a real bonus. Great location for me, everything I wanted within a 1.5km walk. Will definately stay there again if visiting Krakow.
Not a real problem but TV did not work and the walls seemed a bit thin (next door snored). Breakfast was disappointing but the day I went out early the helpful staff provided it for me the previous evening. Not a problem for me but there is no lift.

Staff extremely kind and helpful allowing us to check in approx 6am because our train arrived very early in Krakov. Enjoyed the novel way we ate our "packed breakfast" in our room and having an electric jug to make tea/coffee.Great locaton for discovering the castle and old city as well as the old Jewish quarter.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was perfect for Kazimierz and Wawel area, it was clean and the room was spacious.
If you have difficulties with mobility or lack energy then ask for a room on a lower level as there is no lift and there are a lot of stairs! Sometimes it can be a bit noisy outside as it is located near a tram line but this wasn't a major problem.

The single room at Residence Tournet offers central heating and comes equipped with an iron and ironing board. the location near the main square is fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk away. the area is quiet and close to the castle and historical center. the in-house restaurant serves fabulous food.

Staff were very friendly. When heating did not work they fixed it. Breakfasts were very good for a budget hotel - varied types of food and plenty of it! Also, hotel arranged airport transfers which we would recommend you take advantage of as it is a fair walk to and from the bus & train station.
